Description: In this training video I will show you how to foam roll correctly and safely at home by guiding you through a series of targeted exercises, empowering you to release knots and tightness, ultimately promoting better movement, improved posture and less tension in your body. I will demonstrate how to foam roll different areas of your body in a way that you can follow along with this training daily.

You will learn:

  • How to Incorporate foam rolling into your fitness routine with this comprehensive program
  • To use a foam roller effectively to alleviate muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility

This is for you if:

  • You have a foam roller, but you don’t really know what to do with it

  • You have inflammatory Conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or severe tendonitis
  • You have osteoporosis or bone conditions
  • You are pregnant
  • You have bruising or open Wounds
