I’ve taken my 20 plus years of experience as a Biokineticists and put together a stretching program for you, that you can safely do at home to improve your posture, have a functional and mobile joints.
Description: This is a full body stretching program to help you loosen up and improve your flexibility. In this program I will show you how to stretch safely and correctly. Stretches are individually demonstrated and there is also a full stretching session you can do along with me
You will learn:
- How to stretch
- When to stretch
- How often to stretch
- How long to stretch for
- How do to some active isolated stretches
- How long to hold the static stretches for
This is for you if:
- If you are feeling stiff and often have aches and pains
- You want to know how to stretch correctly
- You would like to learn all you need to know in order to improve your flexibility and feel better.
- You can get down onto the floor and get back up again
This is NOT for you if:
- You have had any major surgery like hip or knee replacement (contact me for advice).
- You cannot get down onto the floor and up again safely
